Customers can request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

6. Inspection and Approval
Inspection may take up to 15 business days after receipt of the returned product.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, with administrative and shipping costs deducted where applicable.
8. Manufacturing Defects
Must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt, including photo/video proof.
9. Size Discrepancies
It is the customer's responsibility to check the size chart before purchasing.
10. Response Time
Inquiries will be answered within 48 business days.
11. Amendments
The version of this policy valid at the time of purchase applies.

Order Processing and Cancellations

Once shipped, cancellation is only possible after delivery and according to the regular return procedure.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

Photographic proof is required.
For confirmed defects, Essencie covers shipping costs.
